Our Lady of the Rosary & St Dominic, Haverstock Hill
The Dominican Friars took over the mission at Kentish Town. At first they lived at 20 Fortess Terrace, but within a year they had purchased three acres along Southampton Road in a district known as Haverstock Hill, and build a Priory and a Church there. The current church wasn’t completed until 1883. The church is open daily from 8am to 7pm and Mass is held at 18.00 from Monday to Saturday And on Sunday mass is at 8.30, 10.00,12.00, 16.00 the 16.00 mass is the traditional Latin Missal Cantata in the Dominican rite.(subject to change) The rest are Noves Order. It’s a beautiful little church worth visiting if you’re in the area.
