Bristol Cathedral

Bristol Cathedral was originally St Augustine's Abbey until the Dissolution of the Monasteries. It is a Grade I listed building. Located in central Bristol it’s easy to get to. It’s quite a beautiful church inside and out. There are lots of tombs and many lovely stained glass windows. It’s free to enter and if you’re in Bristol pop in. Like quite a few church of England’s stolen or newly built buildings they lack a healthy spritely vibe, and are more museum/tourist attractions.
